Thank you for shopping at! Your business is very important to us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the issue immediately.

Return Policy

New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs. All other returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases your refund will be issued sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond  swiftly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damaged Packages

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can work with you to promptly resolve the issue.


The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. UPS shipments, unfortunately, cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground reach destination in 2-5 days. We  cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. 

To Cancel An Order

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, your payment will be immediately refunded. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and have processed them in our warehouse.
