Never Seez Pipe Thread Compound with PTFE (Teflon) is formulated to provide maximum thread lubrication in a wide range of pipe threads and fittings. Non-toxic and non-hazardous, this anti-seize and lubricating compound helps prevent corrosion, galling and seizing ensuring easy disassembly of parts. Suitable for water, natural gas, air, steam and hydraulic oils, the addition of Teflon and other sealant additives in Bostik's Pipe Thread Sealant allows for greater thread engagement and more positive sealing. Recommended for use on black iron, galvanized stainless steel, and high pressure steam pipes in contact with malleable cast iron, brass, stainless steel and galvanized fittings, Never Seez NPBT-8 operates well in temperatures ranging from -50 degrees Fahrenheit to 525 degrees Fahrenheit.
